Interested in Membership?
SAMS welcomes prospective members looking to share their passion for the visual arts and for supporting the Seattle Art Museum. Some of our members are seasoned arts professionals and some are women eager to begin learning about fine art. We invite you to reach out for more information if you are interested.
SAMS members organize two major fundraising events each year: Fall Fundraiser and Spring Fundraiser. Members attend monthly meetings which include access to private collections, artist studios, private curator-led tours through new SAM exhibitions and an annual meeting highlighting upcoming events. Members also have special access to other museum events, destination travel and members-only social events.

Membership in SAMS is by invitation only, and prospective applicants must be sponsored by a current member. The SAMS membership cycle runs from May to May, and we invite new members to join each June on a space-available basis. The deadline to submit an application for membership is April 30.
